WSS cav and russian crimean inf 015

Exciting news this week as we recieved the dolly’s for our new range of wars of the Spanish succession infantry, these are beautiful sculpt’s by the brilliant sculptor Paul Hick’s. These will be converted into a number of different types of infantry which will cover many different nations, this will be a great base for our WSS range of infantry which will then be added to with figures from more specialist unit types.

Also we have just cast the first figures for our range of WSS cavalry, these figures are sculptured by the very talented Bob Naismith, and in our opinion are up to Bob’s usual brilliant standard.

We will be adding different troop types from various nations over the next few months, we will keep you updated on the progress of this exciting new range, well thats it for now good fortune and happy gaming.

cant wait for these WSS Marlburian stuff to come out.

What chance for GNW Swedes please?

Will they be 25mm ie Dixon/Foundry or the biggar 28mm like Front Rank

    many thanks

Look great! I came to your blog via LoA Fighting Talk link. Like Chas, I would be interested in knowing the relative scale as I already own BLB units made of Front Rank figures. However, I like the animation on the pics above. My interest would be in WSS/GNW Prussians & Saxons – same basic coats, but distinctive headgear, esp on the grenadiers. Cheers.

    Hi Nick

    Wonderful stuff -well done.

As to the size issue I would much rather they be of the size to match Dixon, Foundry and the new Foundry range. I am sick of encountering the giants that now appear roam the tabletops!

Its not I’m anti -change but when you have access to 300 units already available you just don’t want to start all over again.

    Keep it 28mm not 32mm I say!!

    hi nick

looking at “armies and uniforms of
Marlboroughs wars” your sculptor has perfectly captured the Danish cavalryman from the sjarland regiment illustration. superb work!
